Cancellation policy

PulseChain Academy is pursuing a transparent cancellation policy without any fuss. Here are the terms and conditions of this policy:

Any request for cancelling should be sent or communicated to your Account Manager to our contact e-mail address. The cancellation shall not be valid until the department has confirmed it.

Cancellation requests will only be taken into account if the request has not already started within 12 hours of placing the order and the implementation of the project.

No third-party services, such as hosting, web development, content writing etc will be assumed by PulseChain Academy.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of the services offered by PulseChain Academy, no refunds are granted upon cancellation. In case of a monthly payment, it is understood that payment is only made for next month after review of the performance of the current month. PulseChain Academy makes no warranties based on traffic / ranking etc. and shall not be held liable for any refund claims.
